6mm blue glass bead rosary with a silver plated crucifix and Miraculous photo center. The back of the centerpiece measures 1 inch and has raised text on the back that reads, "Pray For Us". Each decade bead of the rosary is made from capped pearl. The length of the rosary chain is 38-1/2 (doubled to reflect the round nature of the rosary) inches. The rosary circular length is 13-1/2 inches with a drop chain length of 3-3/4 inches, equaling a one-sided length of 17-1/4 inches. The crucifix measures 1-5/8 inches. Includes a elegant deluxe velour jewelry box with two loops.

The Miraculous Medal, also known as the Medal of Our Lady of Grace, is a devotional medal, the design of which was originated by Saint Catherine Laboure following her apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The front side depicts Mary standing upon the globe, as the Queen of Heaven and Earth. It is meant to reference the dogma of the Immaculate Conception. The back refers to Mary's initial and the twelve stars represent the apostles, who also represent the Church.
