A powerful movie produced in Mexico that tells the inspiring true story of St. José Sánchez del Rio, a 15 yr. old martyr during the Cristero War.

During the brutal persecution in Mexico from 1926 to 1929, José is captured after heroically saving his Cristero general. He is sentenced to execution for treason but still refuses to deny his faith. Tortured and forced to march to his grave, he cries out, "¡Viva Cristo Rey!" (Long live Christ the King)
